Privacy Policy

Everything below is a first draft describing what the Toolkit actually stores and who can see it. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be replaced or approved before launch.
What we hold
We keep the following about a subscribing agency:
- Agency details — name, contact name, contact email and phone, and your access period. Provided when your subscription is set up.
- Sign-in details — one email address per agency, a password we never store in readable form, and the second factor for your authenticator. We cannot see your password or your authenticator secret.
- Your logo, if you upload one. It is shown to you while signed in and placed on the documents you produce.
- Your roadmap progress — which tasks your agency has ticked off.
- Your template answers — what you type into a template. Whatever you choose to put in them, which may include the names of staff or interns.
- Activity records — when a document was changed or downloaded, when a file was downloaded, when access was changed, and when an administrator performed an account action and the reason they gave.
Who can see your template answers
Only your agency. This is enforced by the database rather than by the screens: there is no permission anywhere that lets a Tomorrow's Talent administrator read what you have typed into a template, and no administrative page that could display it.
Administrators can see that your agency has filled in a template and when it last changed, so they can support you. They cannot see its contents.
Who can see everything else
Tomorrow's Talent staff with the relevant permission can see your agency details, your access period, your roadmap progress, and your activity records, in order to administer your subscription and help when you ask. Permissions are separated so that staff who manage content cannot see agency accounts, and staff who manage accounts cannot see unpublished content.
How long we keep it
Your agency can see the last 90 days of its own document activity. We retain the full record beyond that, and will provide it to you on request. Your template answers are kept until you change them — we keep one version of each template at a time and do not retain earlier ones.
Where it is held
In a hosted database and private file storage operated by Supabase. Files are never publicly accessible: every download is checked against your session at the moment you ask for it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking; the usage records we keep are our own and are described above.
Your choices
You can change or clear your template answers at any time, and replace or remove your logo. To ask for a copy of what we hold, or for your data to be removed, contact Tomorrow's Talent.
